What a Metaverse home does

Four things, done quietly, by one team.

Light

Keypads replace rows of switches. A scene sets every circuit at once: Morning, Dinner, Cinema, Away. Occupancy and daylight sensors handle the rest.

Sound and picture

Audio and video distributed from one rack, controlled from the same keypad, app or voice as the lights. Cinema rooms designed with the interior, not after it.

Climate and shade

Zoned thermostats, motorized curtains and blinds scheduled against the sun, and an Away mode that resets the whole home the moment the door locks.

Access and security

Smart locks, video intercom and cameras on one app. Guests, housekeepers and deliveries get a code for a window of time and lose it afterwards.

A day in the life

One home, one Tuesday.

06:30The curtains open with the first light. The bedroom is already two degrees cooler than the night.

09:00You lock the door from the car. Away mode turns off the lights, lifts the thermostat and arms the cameras.

10:00The housekeeper’s code works until noon. You see her arrive and leave in the app.

21:00Cinema: screen down, lights to ten percent, curtains closed. One button.

23:00Goodnight. Every light off, every door locked, the hallway on a low glow for later.

Developers

A smart home in the show apartment, and the same one in every unit. We specify at design stage, supply through the main contractor, commission unit by unit and hand over with the owner’s app set up. After handover, our support desk takes the calls.

Holiday-home operators

Compliant, connected, and stocked in Dubai. We supply and register Keyless-approved locks, connect them to your PMS so every booking creates its own guest code, and keep spares and a support desk in the city.

Villas and penthouses

One app, one keypad, one team that already knows your home. We design around how you live, join your architect at concept stage, and match keypads and speakers to the interior so nothing is cut into a finished wall later.

How we do it

Few brands, known deeply.

Tedee

A smart lock that fits inside the door, not on it. Nothing drilled, the mechanical key still works. We are Tedee’s exclusive distributor for the GCC, with stock in Dubai and Doha and our own installation and support teams.

LifeSmart

Whole-home automation that scales from one apartment to a tower: lighting, climate, curtains, sensors and scenes, with panels that look like good ironmongery. Authorized system integrator for the UAE, and the LifeSmart partner in Etisalat stores.

Zennio and KNX

KNX is the open standard for building automation: thousands of manufacturers, one language, no lock-in. We are a KNX Partner with KNX-certified engineers and an authorized Zennio partner, specifying it where a consultant asks for KNX or a villa needs a system that will still be supported in twenty years.

Smart access, regulated

Approved under Dubai’s Keyless program.

Keyless is a Dubai government initiative with the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) and the Department of Economy and Tourism. It sets one standard for smart access in holiday homes: an approved list of locks, a central app for hosts and guests, and a record of every entry. Tedee GO and Tedee PRO are on that list, and we are an integration partner of the program. Every lock we install is registered on handover.

United Development Company’s 400,000 m² island beside The Pearl: 657 homes around a Corinthia hotel and a climatized seaside promenade. We equipped its fifteen residential buildings with smart home systems and delivered the full documentation to UDC and KEO.

How we work

Nine stages. One team on all of them.

01Consultation

What is worth doing in this home, and what is not.

02Specification

A device schedule and a written scope your contractor can price and your consultant can approve.

03Design

Drawings for device locations, containment, rack space and sightlines, coordinated with MEP and interiors.

04Supply

Stocked in Dubai and Doha. LifeSmart, Zennio, Tedee and the rest arrive together.

05Installation

Our own technicians, scheduled with the fit-out and inspected before the walls close.

06Programming

Scenes, schedules, voice, app and PMS links set up for how the home will be used.

07Commissioning

Every circuit, speaker, sensor and lock tested and signed off before handover.

08Handover

The owner or operator onboarded in person, with the app on their phone before we leave.

09Support

Remote and on-site. Changes, additions and the occasional firmware update.
